This can be done by a simple interview with the Buyers/Sellers as well as following the new C.A.R (California Association Of Realtors) guidelines known as “PEAD” Corona Virus Property Entry Advisory & Declaration form. Additionally, finding a Home Inspector that will not only abide by the California “Safer at home” guidelines that have been put in place by practicing social distancing and proper safety equipment known as PPE – It is also equally important to have your Home Inspector respect the wishes of the property owner to ensure expectations are met and not have any miscommunication.

Here are the precautions I am taking when performing a Home Inspection:

Checking to see that no one is symptomatic in the property.
Use of hand sanitizer before entering the home.
Washing hands thoroughly before, during, and after inspection.
Wearing of respirator/face covering.
Wearing of Disposable shoe covers.
Wearing of Disposable gloves.
Maintain 6 feet Physical Distance.
